The founders of the company came up with the idea of establishing a company while they were PhD students at Stanford University in California. In 2015, Sundar Pichai was appointed CEO of Google by replacing Larry Page and became the CEO of Alphabet in 2019.   • Job Searching: After understanding what it’s like to work at Google, interested candidates can look for all available jobs or vacant positions in the area. 
  • Your Resume: Candidates are encouraged to send their most recent accomplishments in the form of a resume specifically designed for each job. 
  • Apply Online: Using the careers search tool, the candidates can apply for the vacant jobs and can apply for up to three jobs every 30 days. 
  • Interviews: The selected applicants will be called for interviews with a staffing team member. It includes online assessments, short virtual chats, project work, and in-depth interviews. 
  • Decision & Offer: Applicants with the best performance will be reached out with an offer.
